Virtual Trainer
Our Virtual Trainer programme gives you access to a qualified personal trainer who will create a personalised twelve week training programme suited to your individual needs, goals and motivations. There are no gym or monthly fees and upon signing up you will be sent a health & lifestyle questionnaire and a food diary to complete from which Confident Fitness will compile your 12 week training programme. However your virtual training experience does not stop there. We will be on hand to answer any queries and to motivate and inspire you throughout your programme with regular fitness news updates and new exercises and stretches to incorporate into your regime.
