Contrary to popular belief nutrition isn't about denial.

It's about nurturing your body with the right ingredients to keep it well oiled and running!

That doesnt mean you can't have the odd little treat, and many people follow the 80/20 rule.

80% 'Good' and 20% 'Bad' foods.

It is just making sure that those little treats don't turn into big treats, tipping that percentage the other way. And also remembering that whilst there are 'bad foods' there are even the 'good' and 'bad' of the 'bad' foods, and unfortunately some of them are just plain ugly!
