At Confident Fitness we can offer a range of Children's Fitness options to suit your requirements, and most importantly, to give the child a fun, healthy experience, so they wont even realise they are exercising!!

For Schools, Nurseries and Playgroups
We can offer in-school, curriculum based activities, either on a regular basis, or perhaps quarterly throughout the school year. This includes age appropriate classes such as Fun and Fitness (a circuit based class), Dance, Combat and Zumbatomics (Kid's Zumba). These classes can easily be incorported into a Physical Education Session, and have been developed alongside the Key Stage Criteria, and matched to the Developmental Stages and Guidelines to ensure they are appropriate and achievable for each specific age group. We can offer very competitive rates, including a free initial taster session! In addition we run After School Clubs, with the same theme of activities, again at extremely competitive rates.
We can also offer junior studio cycling classes for groups of 12 Children from Year 6 upwards at our Bramley based Cycle Studio.

For Parents
As well as After School Clubs, our Zumbatomics class for ages 7 - 12 already runs at Godalming Borough Hall on Mondays 5 - 5.45pm, during term time, and we are looking at developing Holiday Workshops teaching the children how to break down and choreograph dance and Zumba routines.

For older and younger kids as well as teenagers, we can offer Zumbatomic parties at very reasonable prices. You provide the hall, cake, food, and party guests, we will provide the music, movement and the fun!

For young adults, they can accompany a parent to the adult Zumba classes, with the parent's written permission.
